Cancellation Policy
We are scheduling appointments together with you, doing our best to accommodate your busy schedule. Your appointments are personalized, to give you the best possible clinical attention possible, per your expections and our high standards of quality. We are calling or emailing you at least 48 business hours in advance, to remind you of the appointment and to confirm it with you.
In case you need to cancel and reschedule the appointment, we request thay you give us 48 business hours advanced notice to allow us to rearrange our schedule with another patient needing our services. Please be aware that there is a $65 fee for broken appointments or late cancellations within 48 business hours before the appointment.
