Cancellation Policy
We are scheduling appointments together with you, doing our best to accommodate your busy schedule. These appointments are personalized, to give you the clinical attention that we find appropriate for our patients and you are expecting. We are calling or emailing you at least 48 hours in advance, to remind you of the appointment and to confirm it with you.
In case you need to cancel and reschedule the appointment, we request thay you give us 48 hours advanced notice to allow us to rearrange our schedule with another patient needing our services. Please be aware that there is a $65 fee for broken appointments or cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment.
